What access do you need?

Manager access to each Google Business Profile, never Owner, and never shared passwords. Then either a monthly export of completed jobs from the client's CRM, or a read-only CRM user for our team on the Done for you plan. Every agency gets a written data agreement.

Will our clients see your name?

No. We work behind your brand. You keep the client relationship, and everything we produce goes out under your agency's or your client's name.

How do you keep review requests within Google's rules?

Every customer is invited the same neutral way after every job. No incentives, no review gating, no pressure on site, no requests for specific content or staff names, and no staff quotas.

Can we approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Batch previews, one-click approval, and posts go live on schedule unless you flag them within the window you choose, for example three business days.
